A reputable Chain Restaurant needs the services of a Human Resource and Compliance Manager for immediate employment.
JOB SUMMARY
- Develop HR policies and enforce company regulations
- Administer payroll and benefits
- Manage company documents
- Investigate and resolve internal complaints
- Assist in objective hiring and human resource development
- Evaluate employee performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
First Degree (minimum)
EXPERIENCE
3-years and above – Prior experience with food, restaurants or retail brands is an advantage.
