BEK & Y Associates is a startup accountancy and business advisory firm. We provide comprehensive audit, tax and advisory services aimed at meeting each client’s specific needs with professionalism and trust. We share our clients’ ambitions and their entrepreneurial mindset.
We are currently looking for a Trainee Accountant to join the team. That person will be self-motivated, intelligent, emotionally intelligent, driven, articulate, communicative, and engaged with the world around them. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude to learning and excellent personal skills. Ideally you will be looking for a role that will naturally develop into managing your own team and be comfortable with that. You will play an integral role supporting the Partners deliver on projects/engagements.
Our priority is to find the person with those qualities: we can give them the training to become a professional accountant. The ideal person would have a degree in accounting and/or pursing a professional accounting qualification such as ICAG/ACCA with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

We give our trainees a progressive workload which ties in as closely as possible with their professional training. We provide constant support to help recruits achieve their potential.
