Key duties and Resposibilities:

Take prospective clients out for site inspection on all our holdings.
Prepare photo reports for all our client billboards and signages nationwide.
Ensure company holdings are in good shape and attractive at all times.
Prepare weekly report and assesses company client’s performance on a quarterly basis.
Develop innovative ideas for outdoor pitch for business
Establish data to help manage all outdoor projects and signages effectively.
Serve as intermediate between the agency and the clients.
Preparation of contracts and invoice.
Prospecting for new outdoor businesses or clients.
Liaise between agency and clients.
Managing and handling client’s advertising budget and account.
Conducts market research to help in product development and implementation.

Required Skills or Experience

A positive self-starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard with multitasking abilities.
2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
Possess a professional appearance and demeanour.
Willing to travel by own transportation ( if necessary).
Strong communication skills using emails and social media.
