A public sector institution in Ghana is embarking on an aggressive drive to engage highly motivated, self-driven and experienced professionals to be part of its team. If you have a track record managing finance and ICT systems, then we would like to speak with you on behalf of our Client.
Director of Finance (Job Ref: DF/ES-0921)
The position holder will be responsible for:
- Developing policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure prudent financial management and treasury operations
- Maintaining and monitoring continuously to ensure financial systems are in place. sound
- Generating financial statements and reports in line with statutory requirements. Ensuring that these documents are prepared on time.
- Having oversight over financial planning & analysis, and managing regional accounts. Managing performance, succession development and resource allocation

The ideal candidate must:
- Have a Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- 15 years of Financial Management experience in roles of similar and increasing responsibility. Have at least 7 years senior management supervisory experience,
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in public sector accounting, IFRS standards, complex financial modelling systems, and enterprise-wide systems
- Be a fully chartered member of a recognized accountancy/finance body (ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA, CFA).
Director of ICT (Job Ref: DI/ES-0921)
The position holder will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and leadership in ICT strategy and policy development, business plan development, SOP development, ICT infrastructure and information system security.
- Developing and managing Service Level Agreements to ensure that
- Service Providers provide High System availability to facilitate
- operations.
- Leading the development of data management and reporting systems for operations
- Developing and implementing Disaster Recovery, IT Security and
- Business Continuity Plans and monitoring to ensure adherence to guidelines.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT Governance, Project Management, Management Information Systems or related field
- Have 15 years of experience in a similar role and be a member of a recognised professional body in ICT.
- Have at least 7 years senior management supervisory experience.
- Have experience reporting at executive management level. Have a proven track record leading an ICT team in a complex organization
