Bailiffs
Duties:
- Execute Court Orders as Deputy Shett
- Serve court processes.
- Make entries into the Bailiff Process Book.
- Keep records of Service, Non-Service, and Execution.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Court Clerks
Duties:
- Arrange processes filed in docket.
- Write headings and index record books Make entries into the “Things
- Issue warrants
- Select cases/dockets.
- Prepare Statistical Returns
- Mark and register exhibits tendered
- Call cases
- Swear in witnesses.
- Prepares Cause List in court.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
Court Recorders
Duties:
- Record, type court proceedings/directly transcribe court proceedings Type Court Orders, Letters of Administration and Judgments.
- Paste Court Orders, Rulings and Judgments in their various books.
- Type Cause List
- And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Court Interpreters
Duties:
- Interpret court proceedings from local or foreign languages to English language and vice versa
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
