The IT Systems Administrator at Mantrac Ghana Limited will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation's computer systems are functioning and meeting the needs of the business.
He or she will effectively support in troubleshooting, upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, servers and networks of the company mainly focusing on the branch
Objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and user issues
- Install and configure SIS, VIMs and other service Applications
- Maintain proper records of IT Assets
- Network and data centre configuration and administration
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Computer Systems and Network support
- Administer Active Directory
- System Performance tuning
- Train users in the use of equipment
- Installation and troubleshooting of communications hardware and software
- User training on new technology
- Support CAT Software Licensing
- Remote User Support

Qualifications Required & Experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Similar Certification
- Microsoft Windows Servers and Networking
- Cisco Routing and Switching
- The equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
