Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Self-motivated, ability to improve business systems, product reports with Great Communication skills, Sales Experience, leadership skills
Responsibilities include:
- Contact and communicate potential clients to establish rapport
- Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
- Researching individuals and organizations to find new opportunities
- Increase value of current customers whilst attracting new ones
- Finding & developing new markets and improving sales
- Developing team goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Requirements include:
- Must be able to travel to our Teshie 1st Junction Office in Accra within 1-hour commute
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of Sales or marketing experience
- Have experience in FMCG sector, Beauty, or Cosmetics industries
- Self-Starter with Strong communication and leadership skills
- IT fluency with Microsoft Office and be comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with priorities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Able Work in dynamic, intense environment and ability to adapt and customer focused
