Ghana Revenue Authority {GRA) invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill position of a Head of Procurement Unit with its head office in Accra and offices in all the regions of Ghana.
Qualification Required & Experience
The applicant must
- Be a citizen of Ghana
- Have completed National Service and possess a certificate to that effect
- Have a good Bachelor's degree in procurement, Business administration, Accounting or any relevant field
- Have Master's degree in Procurement or any related field
- Be a member of chartered institute of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or any related field

- Have at least 10 years post qualification experience in a procurement related field
- Have demonstrated experience in procurement of works, goods and services
- Understand the Public Procurement act and donor procurement activities
- Have ability to prioritize multiple assignments in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, to exercise good judgement and to effectively communicate with management
- Have good knowledge in project management and good understanding of financial transactions
- Be result oriented and must have negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Have proven record of integrity
- Have no criminal record
- Be computer literate
