A company in the Oil and Gas industry based in Ghana is seeking to employ candidates for the following roles on full time basis.
Job Title: Fire & Gas campaign Lead Technician
Job Summary
- Support the instrument section by managing the F&G Campaign maintenance
- Responsible for correct scheduling, execution and completion of all the facility F&G instrument maintenance and CMMS
- Train & mentor third party local resources to be able to safely excute work by training and mentoring is areas such as PTW, ICSS inhibits & overrides, safe isolation, etc
- Review the F&B instrument spares and ensure sufficient stock is available for ongoing maintenance and repairs

- Provides routine reports as required from the CMMS (i.e weekly backlog, monthly KPIs, etc)
- Support the operations scheduling, operations, maintenance, engineering planning and contractors related to development of the weekly maintenance work schedule
Qualification Required & Experience
- Appropriate degree or formal technical qualification preferred
- +10 years offshore experience related to instrument, F&G maintenance
- Physical aptitude to work on offshore environment if required
Experience
- Experience in working with CMMS systems and the associated data requirements. Computer and technical skills required and SAP experience a plus
- Strong computer skills. Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimum supervision and must be a high self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multinational team
- Good attention to details and accuracy
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, with demonstrated experience working with deadlines
- Learn and apply maintenance best practices
