A growing food processing company is looking for an Export Sales Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and organizing their international distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing strategy, achieving planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department. You will also be responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of customers by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales goals, and facilitating ongoing training for distributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales of the organization by developing a business plan that covers sales, income and expense control.
  • Achieve planned sales targets.
  • Set individual sales targets with distributors.
  • Track sales targets and report results if necessary.

  • Oversee the activities and performance of distributors.
  • Coordinate with marketing.
  • Continuously train distributors.
  • Develop your customers through motivation, advice and product knowledge.
  • Promote organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to the products.

Job Requirement: *

Qualification, Experience, Education, Skills and so on the candidate should possess

  • Language French & English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Good use of Microsoft Office.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales role is an asset.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customer wishes.
  • Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Teamwork skills. The ability to manage and allocate budgets.
  • Experience and understanding of market research.
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • An ability to think strategically and design campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with CRM software.
  • In-depth understanding of current products and future concepts of the company.
  • A willingness to listen.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Professional judgment and discretion derived from years of experience in the field.

  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphics, web design, production, etc.
