Ghana Institute of Journalism is seeking to recruit Director, Works & Physical Development.
Specific Roles
- Advise management on the formulation of policies concerning the development, maintenance, acquisition of all physical infrastructure and other related issues such as contract management
- Supervise the implementation of all management policies, ensuring cost efficiency and quality as well as initiating project designs and ensuring that they conform to current national and international standards and legislation
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Building Technology, Land Economy, Estate Management or related discipline plus relevant professional qualification
- Applicant should have served as Deputy Director of Works and Physical Development in a University or comparable grade in a similar institution /organization for at least 6 years
- Applicants must be computer literate
