A newly established multi-fruit processing company located in Kumasi is seeking energetic, performance-oriented and service-focused individuals for the following vacant position: Administrative Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of HR and administrative tasks of the company
- Maintains office supplies through controlling, inventory and placing orders
- Responsible for recruitment, training and assessment of employees
- Ensures operations adhere to labour laws, policies and regulations
- Ensures smooth and adequate flow of information to facilitate business operations

Qualification Required & Experience
- BA/BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 10 years experience in supervising staff of 40+ preferred
- Excellent organisational and multitasks abilities
- In-depth understanding of Office management procedures
