SPRY is seeking to recruit a Technical Implementation Manager in Accra.
Job Description
- Serve as the team advocate for Implementation in terms of cross team communications, partnerships and functions
- Provide guidance and expertise for the Everwage HR and Payroll application and onboarding process
- Maintain a high level of data integrity for the Implementation Team by auditing clients' payroll data (including tax filings and imported payroll history from a client's previous provider) and ensuring accurate data is setup on Everwage
- Resolving errors during prior payroll ingestion to make sure clients start with their on-target payroll date
- Help clients through their first payroll run and make sure they have the knowledge to run future payrolls independently
- Perform detailed audits of historical data, company level data and employee level data to ensure accuracy and credibility throughout the Implementation
- Manage client expectations - Serve as client advocate to resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal client experience
- Work closely with our sales, product and other internal teams to develop and prioritize product improvements
- Communicates regularly with prospects during the Implementation to understand their pain points and liaise with the product team to deliver results
- Update the company’s CRM, the Pipedrive, with Implementation details, various stages and scheduled times for Implementation

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a First Degree from a recognized institution or a Higher National Diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of work, and tremendous project/time management skills
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office essentials (especially Excel)
- Must be comfortable with data-packed spreadsheets, and know your way around excel formulas
- Must be able to manage time and calendar schedules using Google calendar and Pipedrive
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Drive; Grit; Team oriented; Self-motivated
