As the Senior Analyst you will ensure the sampling and microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products and environmental samples to conform to predetermined norms in order to guarantee food safety.
A day in the life of…
- Co-ordinating good laboratory practices within Tema factory to ensure reliable results of analytical work in a safe environment
- Consolidation of analytical results and reports to management (monthly trends) to advise management
- Monitors Internal Control Plan of equipment and reagents according to agreed frequency
- Co-ordinate the calibration, validation and monitoring of milkoScan at milk processing
- Responsible for the preparation standard solutions required for chemical analysis
- Working safely and supporting the overall Safety, Health and Environment Management standards that apply to your work area

What will make you successful
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field
- Experience in (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
