Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank Ghana), is looking to fill the following vacancy within its Corporate Bank Division as Relationship Manager, Corporate Bank
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost-effective long-term liability with reputable organisations in order to ensure bank's maximum profitability
- Monitor the unit's performance against weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual plans
- Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers
- Mentoring junior members of the team.

Qualification Required & Experience
Job Requirements
- A university degree with a minimum of second class lower
- Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within corporate banking
- Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage
- Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of corporate banking products
- Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
