Full Job Description - Read Carefully
We, Farmerline Ghana are looking for a Technical Writer to produce easy-to-understand high-quality content that contributes to the overall success of our software and technology products.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the software and the documentation requirements
- Prepare easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, FAQs, developer guides, user case studies and other contents for our end users
- Create tutorials & demos to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Create and maintain the information architecture
Requirements
- Coachable person
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

- Excellent written skills in English, French is an added advantage
- Basic familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and software development
Qualification
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Communication
- Previous experience preparing technical documents
