Job Description

• Teaching all areas of the primary curriculum
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the class’s ability range
• Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
• Maintaining discipline
• Preparing and evaluating work to facilitate positive student development
• Providing feedback to parents on a students’ progress at parent conferences and other meetings
• Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate work

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a university degree, preferably in Education; or other relevant experience working with children in a classroom setting
• At least 2 years teaching experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess a strong work ethic, and be a person of integrity
• Candidate must be a learner themselves – constantly reading and learning about new trends and topics
