Decathlon is a French Sports Retail Company with nearly 1,600 retail stores across more than 50 countries. Vertically integrated, we provide unbeatable value for price products by designing, manufacturing and selling the products ourselves.
In Ghana, Decathlon opened its first Store on 24th April 2017. For the past three years we have been pushing our Purpose of Making Sports Accessible to All with our team of Sports Entrepreneurs who are driven by a Social Cause.
Our annual growth gives us confidence in our development in the country. To date, with 2 stores in Accra and a dynamic E-commerce website, we are a team of 30 teammates passionate about Sports. We would be doubling this number in 2020 with the upcoming opening of our third store in the center of Accra.

To ensure the satisfaction and the positive experience of the Sport Users and Customers in a professional manner, by knowing and understanding the sports that he/she represents and the benefits that Decathlon Ghana offers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Passionate about sports and your Customers, you build and lead a Local sports Project to engage and satisfy your customers.
- You understand your sports products to be able to advise and satisfy your customers.
- You are responsible for the management of your Physical and Digital Layout of sports so as to satisfy your customers.
- As a real entrepreneur and the manager of your Profit & Loss account, you are responsible for developing and managing your resources with full autonomy so as to create value.
- You create and manage your physical and digital Community of sports Lovers. You are responsible for organizing Sports Events and engaging in the Company’s Social Activities.
