Position Summary
The Short-Term Junior Finance consultant will assist the Finance Assistant and HQ Finance in scanning and uploading documents onto the Western Africa P4P Field Office Site on SharePoint. He/she will assist in preparing filling finance documents accordingly.
Reporting & Supervision
The Short-Term Junior Finance consultant will report to the Finance Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review payment request against checklist
- Scan and upload finance documents onto SharePoint
- Create finance files and follow appropriate nomenclature in accordance with finance checklists
- Filing of all finance documents
- Update and constantly maintain Excel finance tracker and account control with up to date
- Perform other related duties as required.
