Due to team expansion, a telecommunication service provider is looking for a few customer service executives to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To provide a professional customer service to our premium customer
- To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases
- To provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Team Manager/Sales Manager in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency

Requirements
- Certificate holder or above
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner and problem-solving skill
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills would be essential
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Required shift and holiday work
