Fiducia was established to provide small & medium sized companies with business support services to facilitate their establishment, existence and compliance under Ghanaian law. Fiducia offers strategic business support and consultancy services with a full spectrum of capabilities in virtually every area of business organization and management. It is our culture and philosophy to work closely with our clients to understand all their business needs, and keep them fully informed of developments in the business, fiscal and regulatory environment that may affect them.
Our major objective is to offer innovative, prompt and cost-effective business support services through the collective experiences of the team members and consultants of the company, the use of the latest technology available and our networks in the Ghanaian business sector. We offer our clients tailor-made concepts and take care of their business requests according to their needs.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in law or its equivalent; Master’s degree in law an advantage
- Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in general legal practice; in-house or corporate experience also an advantage
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Must be a team player who is willing to work long hours when required
- Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships
