Associate Lawyer - Fiducia Services

Fiducia was established to provide small & medium sized companies with business support services to facilitate their establishment, existence and compliance under Ghanaian law. Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in law or its equivalent; Master’s degree in law an advantage
• Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in general legal practice; in-house or corporate experience also an advantage
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Must be a team player who is willing to work long hours when required
• Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships
