Precious Minerals Marketing Corporation (PMMC) is seeking to recruit Director of Internal Audit.
Objective
Provides strategic direction, manages and executes the Internal Audit plan and policy of the organisation.
Coordinates specific possess to support the implement and execution of the Audit Plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations and providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures.
Job Description
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk
- Manage resources and audit assignments
- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in acorrdance with local and international best practice
- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan
- Conduct ad hoc investigation into identified or reported risks
- Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to management and/ or risk committees

Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Financial Accounting
- 5 years of work experience in an internal audit environment
- Chartered Accountant
- Member of the CA Ghana or similar recognised
