Job Title: Audit Seniors
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor junior audit staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Lead audit engagements and supervise team members
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data
- Assist in developing effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
- Identify deficiencies in clients' control environments and business processes and provide pragmatic recommendation
- Assist in developing effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements

Qualification Required & Experience
An applicant must have the following qualifications
- A First Degree from a recognised unversity
- Must be a member of recognised professional bodies such as:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG)
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Must have obtained not less than 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit
