A leading Business Management Software provider with global outreach is looking for post-national service graduates willing to be trained as business management software support consultants. The company is looking for people with both drive and passion for accounting and programming.
Daily Duties
- Troubleshooting problems on business management software solutions
- Communicating with clients, customers, partner etc.
- Finding solutions to complex user issues, quickly and effectively
You will be the 1st line of Support helping customers and clients with all their business management software issues. escalating issues to the senior support team and delivering the best possible customer experience everytime

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- A good First Degree in Computing with Accounting
- Experience working with computer software programmes
- Not more than 25 years
