We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service Officer in Accra, Ghana.
The services ZangPay provides is as follows;
- Seamless cross-border money transfer
- one2one customer support officer for clients
- Low-cost money remittance
- SEPA & SWIFT capabilities
- Individual IBANs for businesses/companies
- Remit funds to individuals (C2B)
- Fast Onboarding capabilities (withing 3 days of completed application form)
- Personal relations manager
- Multiple channels of contact
- Low fund remittance fees
- No monthly maintenance fee
- Multiple currencies

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us here at ZangPay, and as such, as a senior customer service officer, you will need to show skills in leadership. Your job role is, but not limited to, to provide clients with direct support, handle support tickets via email, liaise with the accounts department and compliance department, respond to queries within 2 hours during normal working hours, assist senior managers, provide unrivaled service to clients.
