Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining financial records and reports, including invoices and payment records.
• Reconcile all financial accounts and bank transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
• Manage the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and the filing of related taxes.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist with operational logistics for the technical team.

Qualifications

• A degree holder (BSc. Business Administration, Accounting, B. Commerce)
• Some internship experience is preferred but not required
• Analytical and excellent communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• A team worker with high standards of ethics
