Role Summary

• The role holder would be responsible for the development and have oversight of the business’s corporate strategies to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
• The role holder will also assist in strategy formulation through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum first degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or any related discipline
• Master’s degree in related discipline and or professional qualification
• Minimum of 10 years Banking experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Hands-on experience in performance management, strategy formulation and execution, Business Intelligence, Innovation and transformation
• Exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making
