A Reputable Life Assurance Company is seeking to engage the services of Customer Service Executive
- DEPARTMENT: Customer Service
- REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Operations
- DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: N/A
PURPOSE
To provide customer satisfaction, build customer loyalty and increase sales in the Company
DUTIES
- Assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Assist clients with enquiries and claims processing
- Assist clients over the phone
- Record daily transactions of clients

- Capture micro businesses
- Follow-up on clients claim
- Record incoming dispatch and distribute same to the respective departments
- Oversee the maintenance of all branch assets and send required invoices where necessary to the Admin. Department
- Liaise with Admin. Department and account for regular supplies i.e. sanitary items, electricity, water etc.
- In charge of all day-to-day administrative functions in the branch
- Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
EXTERNAL RELATION
Relates with service providers i.e. courier service, Telecommunication providers, cleaning, newspaper, water, NIC, waste management, banks.

Required Skills or Experience
- At least 1-3 years’ experience
COMPETENCIES
- Educational Qualification: First Degree
- Technical Qualification
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Interpersonal skills
