Job Summary:
- Responsible for performing period close, consolidation, and reconciliation of intercompany accounts in the financial services function.
Job Role
- Capture revenue/cost and perform timely and accurate reconciliation (Roaming, interconnect, etc.)
- Support Monthly, Interim, and Final reporting and Auditing.
- salaries, SSF, PAYE, PF, leave days, and related accounting/reconciliations
- Perform staff-related balance sheet reconciliations and perform staff debtors
- Intercompany and partners accounting, analysis, and reconciliations.
- Responsible for Intercompany Cashflow processing
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations-Intercompany Related
- Preparation of Cash flow statement
- Reconciliation of cash flow to financials.
- Perform transaction and payments analysis/Reconciliations
- Rent Prepayments and amortization analysis and accounting
- Capture revenue/cost and perform timely and accurate reconciliation (Roaming, interconnect, etc.)
- Support Monthly, Interim, and Final reporting and Auditing.

Qualification Required & Experience
Education
- A Degree in Accounting or Business
- Part Qualified Accountant – ACCA/CA is a plus
Experience
- 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Accounting, Costing, and Operational Mgt.
- Adept in the use of MGP, Excel, TABS
- Analytical (Investigative & Reporting Skills, Critical and Inquiring mind, Attention to detail)
Skills / physical competencies:
- Ability to manage self and be a team player, good conflict management, ability to take and manage accountability
- Energy & Drive – Innovative, takes initiative, result oriented and develops self consistently
- Interpersonal Skills – Leadership, customer-centricity, collaboration, and coaches & develops direct reports
- Personal Skills – Trustworthy, integrity and ethical in dealings
- Operating Skills – Ability to focus on priorities and plans, shares knowledge effectively
- Organizational Positioning Skills – Good written and verbal communication, presentation skills, commitment to the organization
- Global thinker, Analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
