Job Description
Marie Stopes International Ghana (MSIG), established in 2006, is an affiliate of MSI Reproductive Choices and one of the largest specialized Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) organizations in Ghana. MSIG complements the Ministry of Health in delivering high-quality, affordable general health and SRH services across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive SRH services including FP, maternal health, and post-abortion care.
- Uphold infection prevention, clinical quality, and client confidentiality standards.
- Offer counseling, informed consent, and respectful care to all clients.
- Accurately complete client records in the EHR system and maintain service statistics.
- Address client complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues.
- Participate in demand generation and health promotion activities.
- Support mentoring of junior staff and locums.
- Ensure rational use of clinical supplies and report stock issues to the Centre Manager.
- Comply with MSI’s safeguarding, financial, and data protection policies.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognized clinical qualification in Midwifery.
- Registered with a professional body in Ghana and in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in SRH service delivery.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching clinical staff.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to grow clinic performance. Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in health information systems and digital tools.
- Commitment to client privacy, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must be pro-choice and aligned with MSIG’s mission and values. Skills & Attributes:
