The Role
- Handling and monitoring of alarms.
- Hourly call checking
- Incident reporting
- Handling of guard monitoring signals
- Geotab and Protrack monitoring
- Handling of field - to - test alarm signals
- Programming of clients alarm account on oryx
- Monitoring of guard needs assistance
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities
Competencies/Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Ability to deal with challenging customers
- Able to work within a shift system
