Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Officer to join our team!
Job Summary
The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day security operations of our company. This critical role ensures the safety and security of our assets, employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments
- Coordinate and supervise technicians (training, scheduling, evaluations)
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Develop security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Liaise with law enforcement and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate security records
- Conduct security briefings and training sessions
- Stay updated on security trends and technologies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Reporting
The Operations Officer will report directly to the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM), providing regular updates on operational progress, challenges, and key metrics.
Required Skills or Experience
Essential Requirement
- Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive.
Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in security operations management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with security systems and industry best practices is required.
