Job Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, visitors, and property. The role involves preventing unauthorized access, patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Patrol assigned premises regularly to ensure security and detect any signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
- Protect company’s property and personnel by maintaining a visible presence.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities promptly and appropriately.
- Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious behavior.
- Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies such as fire or bomb threats.
- Provide customer service to visitors and staff while maintaining professional conduct.
- Conduct security checks of bags, vehicles, or personnel when required.

Requirements:
- High School Certificate (WASSCE or equivalent); additional security training is an advantage.
- Must live in Accra or Tema
Salary: GHS 1400.00 - 1600.00
