Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Contract Manager located in Accra. The Security Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing security contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing security personnel, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating security operations, developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications
- Experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, and coordination of security operations
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, develop security policies, and manage budgets and resources
- High level of integrity, dependability, and commitment to client-centric services
- Experience with facility management or property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPP) are an advantage
