The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG), an NGO and a member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), and a leading provider of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education and services, hereby invites result-oriented and committed persons to apply for the following vacant positions to be filled in the Association.
Directly Report To: Facility Head
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep watch inside and outside the office to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to the place
- Protect life and property
- Ensure that entrances to offices and premises are properly secured, and keys kept under lock after working hours
- Ensure that all lights, electrical appliances and water taps are turned off when not in use
- Give an account of visitors to the office after official working hours
- Remain at the post until relieved by a responsible officer
- You may also be asked to relieve other security officers where necessary. Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences in the occurrence book Report suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches
- Prepare Annual Work Plan and Performance Appraisal
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
