Our client, a newly established Security Company requires the services of a Security Operations Manager for immediate employment.
Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Security Operations Manager located in Accra. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations management, physical security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and network security.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of dedicated security professionals, shaping the future of our organization and impacting the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the security industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of security operations, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment and handle any emergency situations that may arise.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, GIAC)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
