CORE RESPONSIBILITY
To respond to client emergency needs, calm situation and make apprehsion where necessary
Core Duties:
Your main responsibility as a taskforce is to ensure that you:
- Respond to external or internal threats that may lead financial loss to the clients
- Maintaining the company’s professional standard of service provision.
- Conduct property searches on a regular basis.
- Maintaining Law and Order at all times.
- Ensure that unauthorized personnel are not granted access to the premises.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Must be vigilant, you must watch out for any strange thing that may mean harm
- Reports log in and out before and after each movement
- Supervise patrol supervisors and control room staff in the absence of the area managers and control manager
- Superintend over the driver and company vehicle in use at any given time
- Respond to Alarms calls on timely manner
- Respond to other emergencies within the scope of work

Required Skills or Experience
COMPETENCIES
- Preferably a minimum of SSCE OR WASSCE or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in similar role within the security industry
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to respond to emergencies
SUPERVISORY/BEHAVOURIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent planning organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
PERSONALITY COMPETENCIES
- Self-driven result, result-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality performance
- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives
- Reliable, tolerant and determined
- Must be disciplined
- Must have high level of integrity and honesty
