Roles and Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is to make sure that security guards assigned to you are performing accordingly and that you are recruiting able, capable, enthusiastic persons to always functioning to the company’s perfection and in all levels.
- You are to visit the various clients that we have and do a thorough assessment of their surroundings and advise them on the way forward.
- You need to make sure all personnel have gone through the company’s policies and procedures and ensure guards are disciplined on the field.
- Proper training in their job roles and responsibilities.
- Recruiting capable and efficient applicants to fill job vacancies.
- You are to make sure daily (Day and Night) spot checks and patrols are done and reports submitted.
- Organizing of Zonal meetings and reporting accordingly.
- You are to train your guards efficiently and effectively towards the attainment of the organizational goals.
- You are to ensure that all issues are always resolved in a timely manner and reported back to management.
- You are to ensure that all new recruits go through a proper background check and all information’s sent to the Admin.
- You are required to engage in revenue generation as well thus a minimum of three prospective prospects every week leading to the closure of at least two sales in a month
