A reputable clinic seeks applications from suitably qualified , proactive and enthusiastic persons to fill the job vacancy as Assistant Manager, Finance.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Finance. the successful applicant will be responstile la the following functions among others
Responsibilities:
- The Assistant Manager. Finance shall assist the Assistant Director of Finance for the financial management and administration of the Clinic
- Produce accurate set of month-end management accounts, with comparisons b budgets and previous periods
- Prepare income statement and statement of financial position for external auditing
- Co-ordinate, review and supervise work of Accounting Officers
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget of the Clinic
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
- Assist in chasing late payments
- Assess the accuracy and completeness of inancal statements and accounting records

- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Handle general account queries
- Contact clients about bills that are over-due
- Reconcile accounts with general ledger
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a recognised tertiary institution
- Must be a member of a Professional Accounting body such as ICA (GH), ACCA, CIMA, Etc
- Master's Degree in Accounbng or Finance will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification as a professional accountant Experience in Management role is desirable
- Solid knowledge in IFRS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tally and any relevant Accounting Software
- Good leadership/managerial. analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge in financial and accounting procedures
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skiffs
- Strong ethics, with ability to manage confidential data
