Reporting to the Market Innovation Manager, the Senior Idea to Launch Project Manager will be responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects by planning and leading I&R projects End to end (from Identify to Delivery Stage), orchestrating a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and delivering against the business case.
You will:
Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R projects of medium to high complexity from Identify to end of delivery stage by;
- Leading project team definition and reaching out to Functional Line Managers to identify and securing resources along the flow;
- Aligning project team behind common project objectives;
- Orchestrating all functions and countries involved in the project to coordinate timelines, tracking end-to-end activities and milestones and ensuring project is progressing as planned;
- Driving definition of Innovation Profile and gap assessment in order to build the critical path;

- Driving timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow;
- Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required; and
- Coordinating activities with Engineering Project Manager
You have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management preferably Innovation and Renovation (I&R) projects in an FMCG business
- Business and Technical Knowledge acquired in Food and Beverage area
- Demonstrated success in understanding and managing challenging business situation – new business model, turn-around, and sustaining high growth
