BMI Farms Limited is a subsidiary of Bediako Memorial Institute Limited, a top-notch basic school located at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality in the Central Region of Ghana.
Established in April 2019, the farm is located at Chochoe in the Central Region, a 20-minute drive from Awutu Breku on the Awutu Breku - Bontrase road. Currently, the farm is engaged in poultry farming, with focus on broiler and egg production.
The Position
The farm seeks to engage the services of a professional as Farm Supervisor to coordinate and supervise its day-to-day operations.

Required Competencies
The Farm Supervisor is expected to possess a degree or its equivalent in agriculture, with specialisation in poultry management, from a recognised tertiary institution.
The Farm Supervisor must demonstrate a willingness to learn a strong business mindset, high level assertiveness and the ability to provide supervision and leadership for farm attendants
