A reputable Institution invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the following position as Mail Administration/Filing and Records Management Officer
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming and outgoing mails. Recording and sorting out mails into functional files for processing.
- Managing and processing documents by extracting urgent mails to be worked on.
- Receiving and dispatching processed
- Ensuring timely dispatch and evidence of the same.
- Maintaining effective (electronic & manual) filing and retrieval system.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Head of Entity.

Qualification
First Degree in any relevant discipline.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience.
