A reputable company is seeking for a Ghanaian professional and an experience talent to occupy an Executive position within the ICT Department. Below are the criteria for the application.

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, the successful applicant shall be responsible for the effective acquisition, deployment and management of business-focused ICT resources and ensure functionality of ICT infrastructure and delivery of a high quality customer-focused ICT service that supports the operations of the Company, and its subsidiaries.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of ICT strategy and ensure the strategy supports the company's business objectives including ongoing development in response to fast changing
- Act to ensure the development and implementation of effective ICT controls
- Act to ensure availability of robust ICT platforms, and infrastructure to support the company's business operations
- Prepare the annual ICT budget and monitors expenditure to ensure adequate return on ICT investments
- Manage the delivery of searnless ICT services to users across the company in line with business requirements and service level agreements
- Work with Executive Management to develop strategic plans for the business future growth
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, monitoring and support of all current ICT systems (software apps. network, pc and peripherals)
- Lead ICT Strategic sourcing and procurement
- Direct the advancement of ICT through innovation
- Oversee service level agreements with contractors and end users to ensure continuous delivery of technical services
- Develop and implement company-wide information security procedures and evaluates business risks associated with critical ICT operations
- Supervise and manage the deployment and work to ensure the automation of business process to improve effectiveness and efficiency, as well as Enterprise Resource Planning application (ERP) to facilitate all the company's activities
- Plan, implement and control projects related to the selection, acquisition, development, installation and maintenance of major information systems
- Review performance of applications to ensure capacity to support changing business demands
- Analyse the company's technology infrastructure and align it with the business' strategic plan

QUALIFICATION (TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES)
Applicant must possess:
- Minimum of a First Degree in Computer/Systems/Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Applied Physics/Computer Science Certificate, or any related course.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification, preferably, an MBA.
- Fully qualified in a relevant professional certifications, e.g. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administration), or OCP (Oracle Certified Professional).
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in ICT role in a similar organization, 8 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience with managing Enterprise Resource Planning application (ERP) deployment.
