In particular, FOCOS seeks to enhance access to optimal surgical and non-surgical care for patients with disabling musculoskeletal disorders including complex spine deformities and pediatric orthopaedic problems in underserved regions. It began as a dream of the founder to see the best care reach the underserved in his native country, Ghana and the sub-Saharan region.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Manager:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer service requests.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments;
- Coordinating mailing lists.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Required Skills or Experience
- Min. HND / 1st Degree in Marketing or related field
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience in an auto sales role a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Marketing tools, particularly social media
- Excellent ability to use MS Office Suite
- Excellent Communication Skills
