Peace Indo Ghana Limited, manufacturers of Medisoft medicated soap and other personal care products invites interested and qualified applicant for the following position: Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven sales representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers for the company’s brands/ products
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Ensure product availability and visibility in both traditional and modern markets
• Coordinate sales efforts and enhance coverage in the assigned sales territory
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• HND/First Degree in Related Field
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Location: All regions throughout Ghana with emphasis on regional capitals
