Job Description
- Drive management/staff on official assignments.
- Perform all duties without the influence of illicit drugs/Alcohol
- Report defects and faults on vehicles for repairs.
- Report all accidents on vehicle and assist in investigations.
- Report on maintenance, insurance and road worthiness due dates for vehicles.
- Monitor to ensure that all vehicles are clean and running efficiently.

- Observe all rules and regulations with respect to the operations of the vehicles.
- Conduct safety and operational checks on assigned vehicles prior to its usage.
- Maintain a log book to record accurately all movements of assigned vehicles.
- Provide support in all vehicle accidents investigations.
- Initiate action for the renewal of insurance and road worthiness of assigned vehicles.
- Monitor to ensure that assigned vehicles are properly maintained.
- Perform assigned errands.
- Perform any other duty assigned by superiors.
Required Skills or Experience
Education
- SHS / WASSCE or certificate in technical training e.g. NVTI Driver Mechanic Grade I (proficiency), Motor Vehicle Technician pt. III plus a valid professional driving license.
Experience
- Four (4) years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of routine vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Good knowledge/understanding of DVLA, Insurance, Road Safety and other regulatory requirements.
- Close attention to details.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic Computer skills.
