The essential job responsibilities
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Planning, organising, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Qualification:
- Master of Arts or Science with concentration in Human Resource and/or Law
- 5+ years of post qualification experience with managerial role
- Professional qualification in HR and/or Legal related field will be an advantage.
