Main responsibilities:
- Review the process of dispatching at hub.
- Ensure proper handover of packages to last mile hubs.
- Strict adherence to service level agreements

- Manage a team
- Collect and store useful data within our system
- Ensure follow up through emails, phone calls or any required means
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A good degree in any of the Social Sciences
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to analyze large data sets to make decisions
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Well organized
- Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations
- Capacity to challenge and improve processes
