Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the undermentioned positions in a reputable state institution as WATER TREATMENT ATTENDANTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE:
Assists in the treatment and distribution of water for domestic and research purpose
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspects main pipe track for leakages
- Cleans sedimentation tanks
- Pumps water from river into clear welt tank
- Pumps water from clear well tank to distribution tank
- Checks water level of the dam
- Checks water level of underground and elevated reservoir water tank for distribubun
- Clears filter media
QUALIFICATION
- SSSCE/WASSCE Plus Certificate in Water Management Studies / NVT I & II Certificate in Plumbing/Water Treatment and Sanitation from a recognised Institution
