The role as Assistant Administrative Manager requires the individual to have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have practicing knowledge of business etiquette.
Responsibilities:
Your duties would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Supervise agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained

- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
- Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures. Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities
